All status of GAMONI Account

* Inactive: you can't join guild, can't eKYC
* Pending: Account actived,  eKYC success, requested join guild
* Pending\_account: Account actived, eKYC success, is member but haven't receive scholarship
* Active: eKYC success, is scholarship member
* Locked: don't join guild or out guild, is member but haven't receive scholarship
